What you will do

• Build and deploy data-driven solutions using machine learning and deep learning models.
• Manage the full LLM lifecycle, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG implementation.
• Perform rigorous model evaluation, uncertainty quantification, and experimental design.
• Collaborate in lean Agile cycles to prototype and ship high-quality products.
• Propose and lead high-impact internal research projects focused on AI alignment.
• Work across both client-facing projects and independent research initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluency in Python is required.
• Deep experience with LLM lifecycle including prompt engineering, RAG, and vector databases.
• Proven expertise in statistical and causal ML with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-management skills in a high-ownership environment.
• Effective communication in English.
• Understanding of product and UX principles to deliver seamless user experiences.
