What you will do

• Architect and deploy agentic workflows to automate high-volume marketing operations.
• Build intelligent solutions that extend the capabilities of existing CRM, asset management, and ecommerce stacks.
• Define technical standards and architectural patterns for marketing automation.
• Partner with marketing leadership to build a technical roadmap aligned with business growth.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between the marketing and engineering organizations.
• Mentor the marketing team on technical capabilities and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with depth in backend systems, APIs, and data infrastructure.
• Proven experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong command of modern AI tooling and integration strategies.
• Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems including CRM and ecommerce platforms.
• Ability to lead through influence in a cross-functional environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participation).
