What you will do

• Develop, configure, and optimize AI agents using the core platform tools.
• Build and maintain seamless integrations between AI agents and external systems including APIs, databases, and CRMs.
• Troubleshoot agent performance and fine-tune configurations to meet enterprise requirements.
• Collaborate with customers to gather technical requirements and present compelling proofs-of-concept.
• Coordinate project milestones and implementation plans to ensure successful deployment.
• Provide a tight feedback loop to internal product and engineering teams to influence product roadmap.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-time working experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration.
• Proficiency in Python and Golang.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG systems.
• Strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and system architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms and DevOps practices including CI/CD and containerization.
• Excellent communication and project management skills with an analytical, data-driven approach.
