Lead Product Manager (Gamedev)

TL;DR

Lead Product Manager (Gamedev): Driving the vision and strategy for the Engage product area within the Beacon platform with an accent on liveops tooling, player communication, and experimentation. Focus on translating game studio needs into intuitive product requirements, maximizing player engagement, and fostering cross-functional collaboration within an agile environment.

Location: Hybrid setup (Espoo, Finland), requires 2 days at the office per week

What you will do

• Define the product vision and strategy to support game studios in audience growth and retention.
• Manage the product roadmap and backlog by gathering and prioritizing needs from game teams.
• Act as the dedicated Product Owner, collaborating with UX designers, developers, and QA to deliver high-impact features.
• Ensure a seamless, end-to-end product experience for internal game team customers.
• Nurture strong relationships with game studios to facilitate feature adoption and platform success.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2D products or free-to-play mobile games.
• Proficiency in leveraging A/B testing and analytics to derive product insights.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex customer needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience working in an agile team environment with developers and designers.
• Must be able to work from the office in Espoo, Finland, 2 days per week.
