TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Espoo, Finland (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Define and drive the vision for the payment product portfolio to support business growth.
  • Develop and implement a robust payments product strategy aligned with market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan and execute the payments roadmap to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to define development requirements and priorities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, building strong relationships to address their business and technical needs.
  • Monitor the evolving technology landscape, industry trends, and competition.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Finnish payments landscape, preferably in a bank.
  • Proven track record of developing software products in the banking industry.
  • Strong understanding of product management and software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills with a hands-on attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
