What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and end-to-end lifecycle management for the Defensics platform.
• Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Act as the subject matter expert in fuzz testing and protocol security to define high-quality technical requirements.
• Lead deep technical engagements with customers and support sales teams through pre-sales activities and demos.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams to align on product strategy and execution.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers and technical contributors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Technical Product Management or Product Leadership roles.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, application security, or protocol testing.
• Experience working with fuzz testing, network protocols, or vulnerability discovery tools.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with highly technical customers and engineering teams.
• Track record of delivering complex technical products to market.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Finland

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps or secure SDLC practices.
• Knowledge of enterprise security tools and platforms.
• Background in software development or engineering.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
