What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable, modular AI solutions and applications.
• Build and optimize context systems using RAG and Vector Stores.
• Design AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
• Participate in technical design discussions and troubleshoot complex system problems.
• Collaborate with product and architecture teams to integrate AI services into existing products.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a high-performing engineering culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering production-ready AI applications.
• Strong technical background in Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Experience building context systems using RAG, Vector Stores, and MCP.
• Experience developing AI agents using LangGraph and LangChain.
• Experience in mentoring or leading other engineers in a technical capacity.
• Ability to work from the office in Athens.
