What you will do

• Integrate modern AI tooling and autonomous agents into planning, design, coding, testing, and operations.
• Design scalable architectures and produce refined requirement definitions in collaboration with product owners.
• Build reusable AI workflows, prompts, templates, and internal best practices for engineering teams.
• Mentor engineers, QA, and DevOps on AI-augmented refactoring, debugging, and pipeline optimization.
• Lead training sessions on AI best practices and continuous SDLC enhancements.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience covering full SDLC ownership.
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, architectural principles, and system thinking.
• Proven experience with AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
• Ability to translate complex engineering tasks into agentic AI workflows.
• Must be based in Athens, Greece to support the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., MS Foundry).
• Advanced prompt engineering skills, including pattern design and prompt libraries.
• Experience with AI-assisted code review, static analysis, and architecture validation.
• Exposure to QA frameworks and AI-driven observability tooling.
