What you will do

• Manage core compliance areas including anti-bribery, conflict of interest, and third-party risk.
• Conduct third-party due diligence and support internal compliance workflow intake and tracking.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs and awareness initiatives across the organization.
• Drive process improvement and automation to ensure compliance measures are efficient and scalable.
• Support preparation for internal reviews, audits, and management or board-level reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Sales teams to integrate compliance into operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a relevant compliance field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in compliance roles.
• Direct experience working within a corporate compliance program.
• Strong understanding of COI, ABAC, third-party risk, and sanctions.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and pragmatic approach to building processes.

• Experience with compliance tools or workflow automation systems.
