TL;DR

People Operations Specialist (HR Tech): Designing and managing scalable HR processes, systems, and compensation structures with an accent on system automation and data-informed decision-making. Focus on optimizing the HRIS (HiBob), integrating AI solutions to streamline employee lifecycle workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency for a global workforce.

Location: Must be based in Ireland, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, or Wales. Hybrid and remote options are available.

What you will do

Manage and optimize the HRIS (HiBob) platform, including integrations and data quality.
Drive automation across core HR processes to minimize manual operational work.
Develop and maintain people metrics, reporting, and leadership dashboards.
Oversee compensation structures and manage global benefits providers.
Design and implement scalable HR workflows that improve the employee experience.
Research and apply AI-driven solutions to enhance People Team efficiency.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years of experience in People Ops, HR Ops, or HR Systems.
Strong hands-on experience configuring and improving an HRIS like HiBob.
Proven track record of designing scalable processes in multi-region environments.
Analytical mindset with comfort handling people metrics and data integrity.
Experience managing global compensation and benefits operations.
Curiosity about AI and proactive approach to technology adoption.
