Location: Must be based in Ireland, England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, or Wales. Hybrid and remote options are available.

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize the HRIS (HiBob) platform, including integrations and data quality.
  • Drive automation across core HR processes to minimize manual operational work.
  • Develop and maintain people metrics, reporting, and leadership dashboards.
  • Oversee compensation structures and manage global benefits providers.
  • Design and implement scalable HR workflows that improve the employee experience.
  • Research and apply AI-driven solutions to enhance People Team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of experience in People Ops, HR Ops, or HR Systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring and improving an HRIS like HiBob.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable processes in multi-region environments.
  • Analytical mindset with comfort handling people metrics and data integrity.
  • Experience managing global compensation and benefits operations.
  • Curiosity about AI and proactive approach to technology adoption.
