What you will do

• Scale full-funnel marketing strategies across digital, social, influencer, and offline channels.
• Develop localized brand positioning and campaigns for regional Gen-Z audiences.
• Collaborate with creative, performance, content, and product marketing teams.
• Drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement using data-backed strategies.
• Manage regional budgets, performance reporting, and campaign optimization.
• Build and lead high-performing, cross-functional marketing teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years in marketing leadership, preferably in fashion, DTC, or youth-focused brands.
• Proven track record of driving brand growth and community engagement in EU, UK, ME, LatAm, or KR.
• Expertise in social platforms, content strategy, and cultural nuances across international markets.
• Hands-on experience with paid media, lifecycle marketing, and brand development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• English fluency required; proficiency in regional languages is an advantage.
