Senior Designer

What you will do

• Contribute to seasonal trend direction through shopping, research, and inspiration gathering.
• Develop designs for celebrity and brand partnerships as well as core product lines.
• Drive product concepts through design and development, including materials, trims, silhouettes, and fit blocks.
• Create designs using CAD and hand sketches, and present illustrations, fabrication, inspiration, and samples.
• Ensure product designs align with brand image, line plans, assortment strategies, and price points.
• Conduct in-person fittings with technical design and management support, including international and domestic travel.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in at least two categories: Denim, RTW, Intimates, or Curve/Plus.
• Experience with a trend-driven brand or retailer focused on North American and European markets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cultures, time zones, and continents.
• Computer design system skills in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Fluency in Mandarin.
