Senior Graphic Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Create proposals, pursuits, property and building branding, marketing materials, and digital, social, and email campaigns.
• Develop original design styles, visual systems, and creative concepts that can be adopted across the marketing team.
• Explore and implement AI tools and techniques to improve design speed, quality, and creative possibilities.
• Build scalable templates, asset libraries, and brand toolkits, including coordination with production vendors.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate proactively with marketers and brokers, and present creative concepts and design rationale.
• Apply print, digital, production, and materials best practices across deliverables.

Requirements

• BA or BFA in design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals, versatility, and the ability to execute a creative vision.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.
• Genuine curiosity about AI in the creative process is required. Experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly is preferred.
• Strong organization, project management, communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice to have

• Experience in commercial real estate or related asset classes.
• Hands-on fluency with AI-assisted design workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
