Salary: $74,985–$112,478 per year, plus potential annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Support the design, development, and commercialization of seasonal apparel prints, graphics, branding, and related concepts.
• Research apparel, running, lifestyle, fashion, market, and consumer trends to inform seasonal design direction.
• Collaborate with Apparel Design, Color, Product, Footwear, Merchandising, Marketing, Development, and Materials teams to build commercially viable product lines.
• Develop seasonal themes, presentations, product stories, and consumer-facing concepts.
• Create specification packages covering size, application, and placement, and participate in fit sessions and product reviews.
• Use AI tools to visualize design intent and travel domestically or internationally at least twice per year to research trends and consumers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 3 years of apparel design or similar design experience.
• Advanced proficiency with vector-based graphics software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; experience in Mac and PC environments and with spectrophotometer hardware.
• Ability to use AI tools and emerging technologies to visualize and communicate design concepts.
• Ability to communicate through sketches, technical drawings, presentations, and clear verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet seasonal deadlines, collaborate effectively, and demonstrate initiative and innovation.
