TL;DR
Junior Graphic Designer (Product Design) (Illustration, Iconography, Motion): Creating visual assets for digital products used by independent retailers, with an accent on illustrations, icons, graphics, motion assets, and consistent visual systems. What you will do
- Create illustrations, icons, badges, banners, empty states, onboarding visuals, promotional modules, and other graphics for digital products.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to integrate visual assets into product flows and interfaces.
- Develop consistent iconography, illustration sets, and visual styles across product surfaces.
- Prepare assets for different screen sizes, resolutions, themes, and platforms.
- Create simple motion graphics and micro-animations to improve product experiences.
- Organize reusable assets and source files, participate in design reviews, and collaborate with developers on implementation.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional experience in graphic, visual, or digital design; strong internship, freelance, or personal product work is also considered.
- Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design fundamentals and digital work.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects, plus working knowledge of Figma.
- Strong understanding of composition, color, typography, visual hierarchy, shape, vector graphics, icons, and illustrations.
- Knowledge of SVG, PNG, WebP, vector exports, responsive assets, pixel densities, and production-ready files.
- English communication at minimum B2 level and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience with AI-assisted image or asset-generation tools.
