hirify.global operates a retail business with branded product assortments for target customers.

What you will do

• Support design leaders in creating assortments aligned with brand positioning and target customers.
• Build, create, and maintain tech packs, trim sheets, and design packages.
• Enter and maintain accurate product data in Product Lifecycle Management systems.
• Assist with meeting preparation, room setup, samples, reports, boards, and line sheets.
• Gather and analyze market and trend research while monitoring brands, innovation, and competition.
• Complete pre-packages as part of the research and development process.

Requirements

• Moderate proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Ned Graphics, Kaledo, or a related program.
• Ability to perform basic math, reading, computer, planning, prioritization, and project coordination tasks.
• Ability to work collaboratively, follow direction, maintain regular attendance, and meet scheduling requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and established deadlines.
• Ability to comply with company policies, procedures, standards, dress code, and training requirements.
• Domestic travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Previous retail experience.
• Experience in design, product accessories, or competitive landscape analysis.
