What you will do

• Execute regional channel marketing strategies for Eastern Europe and CIS markets.
• Coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI) and sustain marketing programs.
• Implement retail initiatives including in-store activations, merchandising, and POSM deployment.
• Manage channel marketing budgets, track ROI, and report on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with global teams to localize marketing assets for regional distribution.
• Serve as the key marketing liaison for retail partners, distributors, and agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience within the gaming, tech, or retail industry.
• Deep understanding of Consumer Electronics retail in Eastern Europe and CIS.
• Strong grasp of the gaming mindset and current industry marketing trends.
• Proficiency in English and Polish (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel for business engagements.
