What you will do

  • Lead the global total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, and equity programs.
  • Manage annual and off-cycle compensation processes, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Drive the evolution of job architecture and leveling frameworks across the global organization.
  • Lead readiness and compliance efforts for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
  • Manage and develop a team of two Benefits Managers while overseeing global benefits operations and strategy.
  • Partner with Finance and leadership to inform executive decision-making through data-driven modeling and analysis.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and Benefits within a global environment.
  • Strong knowledge of European rewards practices, including France.
  • Experience evolving job architecture and leveling frameworks.
  • Familiarity with EU regulatory requirements and reporting obligations.
  • Proficiency with Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
  • Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on operational execution.
