What you will do

• Partner with senior leadership in Field Engineering and Professional Services to translate business objectives into people strategies.
• Lead organizational transformation initiatives, designing structures and capabilities for hyper-growth.
• Manage end-to-end talent processes including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Coach leaders on building inclusive, high-performing teams adapted for AI-driven industry changes.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and serve as an escalation point for complex employee relations.
• Leverage data and analytics to measure people outcomes and inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HR or People Business Partner in a high-growth, complex, matrixed organization.
• Deep expertise in organizational design, talent management, performance, and employee relations.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation and change management projects.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in translating people insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders with credibility.
