TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle for fintech and payment solutions with an accent on strategic commercial partnerships, regulatory compliance, and market expansion. Focus on driving product vision through data-driven insights, managing complex cross-functional workflows, and scaling digital financial products.

Location: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

What you will do

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and launch to continuous optimization.
Manage key commercial partnerships and lead strategic supplier negotiations.
Define product vision, value propositions, and pricing strategies to align with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, operations, legal, and compliance teams.
Monitor product performance using data-driven KPIs and conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management within fintech, payments, or financial services.
Strong expertise in payment ecosystems such as cards, wallets, FX, and remittances.
Proven record of launching and scaling digital web or mobile products in regulated environments.
Solid grasp of technical concepts including APIs, system integrations, and architecture.
Excellent stakeholder management skills within global, matrixed organizations.
Strong analytical mindset with a background in data-driven product decision-making.
