Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap alignment with global merchant needs.
• Execute finance roadmaps including SAP accounting integrations and Treasury Management System implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and data science teams to build user-friendly financial systems.
• Lead migration initiatives to new balance and settlement systems while ensuring minimal merchant disruption.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive opportunities in settlement technologies.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners across the payment ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial operations.
• English proficiency required.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering automated, scalable products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience managing large datasets for product decision-making.
• Expertise in cross-functional collaboration with engineering, finance, and compliance departments.
• Prior experience in settlements, FX, or reconciliation processes is highly valued.

Nice to have

• Professional fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Prior experience with Treasury Management Systems.
