What you will do

  • Own and scale B2B product streams from discovery through delivery.
  • Define product roadmap and prioritization based on business impact and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, and clients to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Analyze activation, conversion, and retention metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Lead product discovery and customer development processes.
  • Align product strategy with commercial and go-to-market objectives.

Requirements

  • Fluent English (C1–C2) required.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager (5+ years total).
  • Proven track record of scaling B2B or B2B2C products.
  • Experience in crypto, fintech, or payment systems.
  • Technical literacy including understanding of APIs and integrations.
  • Must be able to work within EU time zone.

Nice to have

  • Experience with on-ramp or white-label fintech products.
  • Background in neobanks or challenger banks.
  • Exposure to B2B2C business models.
  • Active interest in crypto and fintech industry trends.
