What you will do
- Define, prioritize, and manage the platform roadmap to deliver continuous value to merchants and customers.
- Translate business strategy and complex regulatory standards into clear platform goals and backlog items.
- Act as the Product Owner for an agile squad to ensure high-quality, iterative feature delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on API design, integrations, and system scalability.
- Partner with compliance and risk departments to maintain standards like PCI DSS, AML, and PSD2.
- Manage key platform features including merchant portals, payment pages, and gateways.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in product management or product ownership within software development.
- Strong knowledge of payment platforms, regulatory standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Fluent English proficiency required.
- Proven experience owning roadmaps and delivering outcomes within agile squads.
- Technical literacy to engage effectively with engineering teams on APIs and system design.
- Active Agile certification (e.g., CSPO or SAFe PO/PM).
