TL;DR
Founder's Associate (Management): Supporting strategic and operational initiatives alongside the CEO and Chief of Staff with an accent on driving cross-functional projects and maintaining organizational health. Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany (hybrid)
Salary: €50,000–€60,000 per year

What you will do
- Support the development and execution of company strategy alongside the CEO and leadership.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives related to marketplace optimization, pricing, and automation.
- Manage OKR cycles and maintain visibility on company-wide KPIs.
- Prepare executive communication, board decks, and leadership updates.
- Organize management meetings and offsites with clear agendas and decision proposals.
- Document and iterate on company-wide ways of working.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Currently studying or recently graduated with experience in high-performance environments (tech, consulting, or investing).
- Ability to ramp up fast on complex topics and produce high-quality, structured output.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity for others.
- Proficiency in using technology and AI to multiply impact.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid setup in Berlin, Germany.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or marketplace environments.
- Exposure to strategy, operations, or analytics.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
- German language proficiency.
