What you will do

• Develop and refine onboarding programs to accelerate productivity for new Solutions Engineers.
• Build standardized training curricula covering product knowledge, technical demos, and solution architecture.
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to improve communication, discovery, and sales positioning skills.
• Create ongoing education initiatives for product releases and competitive intelligence.
• Review deal activity and team feedback to identify and address knowledge gaps through targeted training.
• Track metrics and maintain a measurement framework to demonstrate the ROI of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales role.
• Current legal right to work in Germany (Visa sponsorship is NOT provided).
• Strong experience in training facilitation and creating instructional content.
• Deep understanding of technical sales cycles, demo workflows, and POC delivery.
• Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and track ROI.
• Excellent presentation and technical writing skills.

• Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
• Experience authoring LMS courses.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Familiarity with enablement platforms like WorkRamp or Highspot.
