Location: Must be based in or able to work from Berlin, Germany (Hybrid role)

What you will do
- Develop and refine onboarding programs to accelerate productivity for new Solutions Engineers.
- Build standardized training curricula covering product knowledge, technical demos, and solution architecture.
- Collaborate with Revenue Enablement to improve communication, discovery, and sales positioning skills.
- Create ongoing education initiatives for product releases and competitive intelligence.
- Review deal activity and team feedback to identify and address knowledge gaps through targeted training.
- Track metrics and maintain a measurement framework to demonstrate the ROI of enablement initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales role.
- Current legal right to work in Germany (Visa sponsorship is NOT provided).
- Strong experience in training facilitation and creating instructional content.
- Deep understanding of technical sales cycles, demo workflows, and POC delivery.
- Proven ability to analyze performance metrics and track ROI.
- Excellent presentation and technical writing skills.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Experience authoring LMS courses.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Familiarity with enablement platforms like WorkRamp or Highspot.
