What you will do

• Accelerate retail media bookings and deepen penetration into CPG and advertising agency segments.
• Optimize last-mile and middle-mile operations to improve delivery density and fleet utilization.
• Drive automated, centralized negotiations with vendors to improve margins and streamline assortment.
• Establish global performance benchmarks by analyzing structures across diverse geographies.
• Translate strategic transformation roadmaps into actionable execution plans from pilot to scale.
• Manage a core team in Berlin while influencing senior stakeholders and Country COOs.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in ecommerce, operations, logistics, or management consulting.
• Proven track record of driving change in a boots-on-the-ground capacity.
• Ability to navigate complex global matrix organizations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using benchmarking to drive roadmap execution.
• Ability to provide clarity and distill complex problems into actionable steps.
• Must be able to work in the Berlin office 2 days per week.
