What you will do

• Partner with the Chief of Staff and departmental leadership to define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and design foundational process structures ahead of new leadership hires.
• Own the development of a lean, scalable operating system that directly improves company-wide execution.
• Build and deploy AI-driven automations to enhance operational speed and decision-making.
• Translate complex operational data into actionable commercial outcomes across multiple departments.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-time professional experience in high-paced, high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated impact in SaaS, fintech, or transactional business models.
• Hands-on experience with AI automation tools such as n8n or Claude Code.
• Strong analytical mindset capable of connecting operational metrics to broader business strategy.
• Fluency in German and professional proficiency in English are required.
• Proven track record as a self-starter with a high degree of autonomy and bias for action.
