What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive teams, providing high-level business analysis and operational execution support.
• Scale frameworks for customer monetization and penetration into advertising and media segments.
• Optimize operational levers including store utilization, delivery density, and fleet efficiency to reduce Cost Per Order.
• Establish global benchmarking and industrialize top-performing ways of working across diverse geographies.
• Lead the execution of complex intervention projects from local pilots to global scale.
• Partner with Country COOs and senior leadership to influence and align on large-scale change initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in top-tier management consulting, retail, eCommerce, or technology industries.
• Advanced proficiency in business analysis and modeling.
• Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and distill decentralized problems into actionable steps.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Strong hands-on mentality, bias for action, and ability to influence diverse cultures.
• Ability to perform limited travel as required.
