What you will do

• Provide first and second line IT support for internal users via a case management system.
• Manage and maintain workstations, servers, and web-based collaboration tools.
• Administer and develop internal IT infrastructure across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
• Perform hands-on end-user desktop troubleshooting.
• Evaluate, manage, and implement new internal IT tools and technologies.
• Collaborate with an international team to maintain network and system health.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or relevant System Administration education.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar IT support or administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, workstation imaging, and Active Directory.
• Experience with server environments in Windows and Linux, VMware, and Office 365.
• English language proficiency is required.
• Dutch language proficiency is considered a significant advantage.

Nice to have

• Scripting experience in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Experience with network management.
• Previous work with Service Desk incident and case management systems.
• Apple macOS technical knowledge.
