Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam (expectation of spending 50% of time in office).

is a well-funded startup building a next-generation agentic clinical AI assistant designed to support clinicians in complex diagnostic workflows.
What you will do
- Provide hands-on IT support to on-site and remote employees, troubleshooting hardware, software, and services.
- Manage technical onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Configure and maintain identity, access, and device management systems to ensure a secure environment.
- Gather input from business stakeholders to continuously improve internal tooling stacks.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement proactive technical solutions.
- Support the adoption of new technologies, including AI tools integrated into daily workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from the Amsterdam office (50% onsite).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or a similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of macOS and Windows environments.
- Solid conceptual understanding of identity and access management (IAM) and device management (MDM).
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
- Basic hardware familiarity for setup and troubleshooting tasks.
Nice to have
- Practical experience with Linux systems.
- Awareness of information security best practices.
- Interest in or previous experience with AI tools.
