What you will do

• Support IT systems and Linux-based environments.
• Monitor incoming requests and manage ticket queues.
• Dispatch incidents and service requests to appropriate resolver teams.
• Perform initial incident analysis and basic troubleshooting.
• Support access management processes.
• Assist with patch management and system updates.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience working with ticketing systems, dispatching, or queue management processes.
• Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• English language proficiency (minimum B2)

Nice to have

• Understanding of IT service management concepts (incident, request, escalation).
• Fundamental networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, basic troubleshooting).
• Basic scripting knowledge (Bash or Python).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Icinga, Zabbix, Nagios).
• First experience with automation or configuration management tools.
