Senior Product Designer (Web3): Driving high-quality design execution across core consumer experiences, including mobile apps, web applications, and marketing websites with an accent on simplifying complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences. Focus on designing for trust, clarity, and security in high-stakes financial interactions, and contributing to product strategy through user insights and design thinking.

Location: This is a role based in our London office, with a mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for key product areas and user journeys, creating flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
• Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, improving onboarding, trading, payments, and portfolio UX.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Marketing to ship impactful features.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system across platforms, ensuring consistency across app, web, and marketing surfaces.
• Provide feedback and design critiques to other designers, supporting and mentoring junior designers.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in Product Design (consumer products).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating shipped mobile and web products.
• Direct crypto experience (required): wallet, exchange, DeFi, explorer, or on-chain products.
• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Deep understanding of mobile and web UX patterns.

Nice to have

• Experience designing crypto wallets or exchanges.
• Experience simplifying complex financial or technical systems.
• Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience contributing to design systems.
