What you will do

• Collaborate with product and design leadership to create user-centered designs for web and mobile platforms.
• Design intuitive and compliant flows that meet legal requirements under tight timelines.
• Partner with the Go-To-Market team to define and evolve the platform brand and website experience.
• Conduct user research, competitor audits, and testing to drive product insights.
• Contribute to design critiques, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain high quality.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven background in designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
• Strong UX, visual design, and communication skills.
• Deep interest and passion for crypto, blockchain, and DeFi.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with motion design tools such as Rive.
