What you will do
- Develop and execute regional growth plans to expand the institutional OTC business globally.
- Build and deepen relationships with prominent blockchain projects, local VCs, and key ecosystem players.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products, such as derivatives, to market.
- Manage partner relationships with exchanges, custodians, lenders, and infrastructure providers.
- Optimize business development processes and operational efficiency, including CRM usage and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify new business opportunities by monitoring crypto ecosystem developments and key launches.
Requirements
- 3+ years of FICC sales experience (voice or electronic) working with institutional clients.
- Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products, especially options.
- Strong background in both traditional finance and digital asset services.
- Proven track record of delivering business results and meeting targets.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide education to counterparties.
- Willingness and aptitude to understand the fundamentals of blockchain technologies and algorithmic trading.
