Salary: CAD 107,000–130,250 per year.

What you will do
- Mentor and lead an account management team, providing coaching to enhance player experience and retention.
- Monitor KPIs to track portfolio performance and develop data-driven strategies for growth.
- Manage and resolve complex player escalations and compliance-related issues, including AML and Anti-Fraud.
- Represent the team to internal stakeholders and drive cross-functional projects.
- Foster a collaborative culture by facilitating skill-sharing sessions and ensuring consistent performance standards.
- Oversee operational account management tasks to ensure seamless processes and player protection compliance.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to commute to Toronto, Canada for a hybrid work schedule.
- 5+ years of B2C relationship management experience or 3-5 years of team management experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM database management and various technology platforms.
- Deep understanding of compliance, risk concepts, and regulatory frameworks within the gaming or related industries.
- Proven ability to use KPIs to drive strategic decision-making and performance improvements.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to handle high-level relationship building.
