What you will do

• Define key metrics and lead the end-to-end analytical lifecycle within your product pillar.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable analytical tasks for cross-functional teams.
• Design and interpret experiments to foster a culture of evidence-based product iteration.
• Develop self-serve dashboards and data tools to standardize metrics and empower stakeholders.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows for code generation and automated reporting to boost productivity.
• Champion data best practices and contribute to the internal Insights Hub.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity at our UK offices in Leicestershire or London.
• Extensive experience in an analytical role, preferably in a product-led or digital environment.
• Fluency in SQL and at least one scripting language such as Python or R.
• Proficiency with dbt and BI tools like Looker, Lightdash, or Tableau.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders through compelling data storytelling.
• Strong background in statistical reasoning and experiment design.
