What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI solutions for ranking, chatbots, intent recognition, and recommender systems.
• Own the full model lifecycle from data preparation and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring.
• Structure work and frame complex business issues into pragmatic machine learning or compound AI systems.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven insights into business processes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical partners and leadership stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps practices for scalable AI delivery.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with a master’s degree.
• Deep understanding of AI techniques including Bayesian methods, clustering, NLP, and ensemble models.
• Proven knowledge of modern AI stacks including LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PySpark, and large-scale data manipulation.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment within the UK.

Nice to have

• Experience with MLFlow, AWS SageMaker, and Bedrock.
• Familiarity with infrastructure tools like Kubernetes and AWS.
• Previous experience with feature stores and model monitoring dashboards.
