What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver data analytics solutions to address critical business and game-related challenges.
• Create predictive models and machine learning applications to uncover hidden opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional data teams to identify requirements, resolve bottlenecks, and implement robust data pipelines.
• Provide actionable, high-quality insights and data-driven storytelling to stakeholders.
• Analyze gameplay flows to inform design decisions and improve the overall player experience.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the internal data science department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a data science role required.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for machine learning and statistical analysis.
• Experience building and maintaining production-stable data pipelines and models, preferably using Pyspark.
• Solid understanding of statistical theories including probability, Bayesian statistics, and causal inference.
• Demonstrable experience with complex datasets and BI visualization tools like Tableau.
• Passion for video games and professional interest in the game industry.

Nice to have

• Graduate degree (MBA, MSc, or PhD) in a quantitative field.
• Previous experience in the game industry.
• Knowledge of Databricks and MLFlow.
