What you will do

• Design, build, and validate machine learning models for churn prediction, LTV forecasting, and game optimization.
• Work within the Snowflake ecosystem to prepare and transform large, complex datasets for modeling.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and model-monitoring frameworks to ensure reliable production deployments.
• Collaborate with game, commercial, and finance teams to translate complex business problems into actionable ML solutions.
• Establish KPIs and continuous-improvement loops for models currently in production.
• Maintain documentation, version control, and ensure alignment with GDPR and ISO compliance standards.

Requirements

• Must have legal authorization to work in the UK, Poland, Malta, or the Isle of Man.
• Proven experience in deploying and maintaining machine learning models in production environments.
• Strong hands-on experience working with Snowflake, Python, and SQL on production-grade projects.
• Understanding of MLOps best practices, including CI/CD and containerization.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related discipline.
• Strong foundation in analytical and statistical modeling.

Nice to have

• Experience in the iGaming or entertainment industry.
• Exposure to cloud environments beyond Snowflake (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Airflow, dbt, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
