What you will do

• Partner with commercial and operational leaders to provide data-driven guidance for strategic decision-making.
• Influence business decisions to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead planning and forecasting processes for hirify.global’s brands.
• Analyse product profitability and margins to identify areas for revenue enhancement.
• Monitor and report weekly/monthly performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Mentor team members to elevate team capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, commercial finance, or FP&A, with 1-2 years in a managerial role.
• Professional accounting qualification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence business decisions.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional initiatives.
• High attention to detail and ability to see the “big picture”.
• Advanced financial modelling skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
