What you will do

• Scale the global compliance programme across international offices including the UK and US.
• Lead compliance certifications and audits, specifically focusing on SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Bridge the gap between Legal, Security, and Engineering to operationalize AI governance.
• Manage vendor onboarding processes and ensure third-party engagements meet regulatory standards.
• Maintain risk registers and report key compliance metrics to the Board and Audit Committee.
• Provide training and guidance to foster a culture of responsible AI and data security.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in compliance, governance, risk, or audit within the technology or SaaS sector.
• Direct experience managing SOC 2 and/or ISO 27001 certification programmes.
• Strong understanding of information security and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Must be located in the UK for this role.
• Proven ability to bridge cross-functional teams including legal, security, and product.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex regulations into practical business advice.
