What you will do

• Design, build, and deploy GenAI applications using RAG and multi-agent systems from prototype to production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and data scientists.
• Make technical decisions regarding system design, performance, cost, and reliability.
• Mentor junior team members and provide constructive code reviews.
• Optimize AI workflows for accuracy and performance on major cloud platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in Seattle, Washington.
• Must have US work authorization without sponsorship requirements.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals including Python, CI/CD, and clean code practices.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex and agentic frameworks.
• Experience building RAG pipelines with vector databases and deploying on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Ability to independently solve complex technical problems and mentor others.
