Salary: $87,000- $117,000

What you will do

• Manage the social inbox, engage with the audience daily, and surface relevant moments to the Social and Content teams.
• Contribute to the editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent flow of content aligned with the marketing strategy.
• Create, edit, and schedule engaging social-first content.
• Conduct regular channel audits and research emerging trends to recommend shifts in strategy.
• Manage the front-end of the employee advocacy program.
• Collaborate with Content, Events, and Campaign teams to ensure social reflects broader business priorities.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media channels for a brand, an agency, or an executive.
• An exceptional writer with a "human" touch.
• Exposure to tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite.
• Basic design/video editing skills.
• Curious and comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
• Applicants must be authorized to work without the need for visa sponsorship by the start date of employment.
