Event Coordinator

TL;DR

Event Coordinator: Developing and executing event marketing strategies to drive pipeline creation and customer expansion with an accent on end-to-end project coordination of both in-person and virtual events. Focus on managing vendor relationships, negotiating event fees, and reporting on event ROI and lead generation effectiveness.

What you will do

• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to create a global events strategy.
• Coordinate all events including external and internal events, both in-person and virtual.
• Work with Corporate and Product Marketing to ensure hirify.global’s brand is properly represented.
• Manage relationships with existing event vendors and negotiate event fees.
• Report on event return on investment and lead generation effectiveness.
• Partner with senior leadership team to drive a range of internal corporate event needs.

Requirements

• 2+ years event management or marketing project management experience
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally.
• Experience with the B2B buyers’ journey and funnel metrics.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be able to understand & pull API
