Events Marketing Manager (Healthtech): Co-owning the end-to-end implementation, planning, and execution of our event program, transforming events into a powerful engine for brand awareness, pipeline growth, and client engagement with an accent on industry conferences and tradeshows to keynote & spotlight sessions. Focus on shaping how prospective clients and partners perceive the hirify.global brand and will be crucial to our business growth.

Location: This role can be based in our Lehi, Utah or San Francisco, CA office, or can be fully remote. You should be prepared to travel approximately 25% of the time.

hirify.global is a rapidly growing, venture-backed Health-Tech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector.

What you will do

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for enterprise events, tracking performance and reporting on ROI.
  • Innovate new event initiatives to elevate hirify.global's presence at industry events and through our owned programs.
  • Manage the end-to-end event budget, ensuring programs are delivered on-time and on-budget with a focus on maximizing impact.
  • Lead the planning and execution of our small to medium sized business event portfolios, including industry sponsorships, dinners, experiences, and regional field events.
  • Oversee all event logistics, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation and management, swag and collateral production, shipping, and on-site execution.
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to create compelling pre-event promotion, at-event engagement, and post-event follow-up campaigns that convert leads into opportunities.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B event marketing, conference or tradeshows, or field events.
  • A strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude.
  • Experience managing tradeshows and corporate events from conception to completion. Health-tech experience is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and budget management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with sales leaders, executives, vendors, and clients.
  • Data-driven and analytical. You're comfortable with event technologies, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and marketing automation platforms, and you use data to inform your decisions.
