What you will do

• Plan and execute industry conferences, executive dinners, and bespoke institutional events.
• Coordinate with executive leadership, sales, and brand teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Manage end-to-end event logistics, including venue sourcing, AV, production, and catering.
• Perform post-event analysis to measure engagement and pipeline impact.
• Review contracts and negotiate scopes of work with external partners and vendors.
• Identify new networking opportunities through proactive market research.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Proven track record managing third-party events from strategy to execution.
• Strong operational experience with booth logistics, speaker coordination, and sponsorship execution.
• Exceptional project management skills for handling multiple concurrent events.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have
