It Business Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Act as an expert for the instance internally and externally and be the primary contact for queries related to the specific instance.
• Work closely with product management, software architecture and management in order to create a product that fits the company portfolio.
• Manage the stakeholders and their expectations.
• Develop scope and define backlog items (epics/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
• Build and maintain the Squad backlog, including the user stories, enablers and defects.
• Configure the platform via SQL.

Requirements

• University degree (master / bachelor) in computer science or similar qualification.
• Minimum 5 years work experience in IT services and software development, preferably in the area of electronic payments.
• Good experience working in an complex and international environment.
• Experience with (scaled) agile frameworks (LeSS, SAFe, etc.) and/or DevOPs.
• Basic Linux knowledge as User, C++ Code reading capabilities for Analysis purpose and SQL reading and writing capabilities combined with basis shell scripting capabilities.

Nice to have

• Knowledge about payment domain and/or cloud services and/or Continuous Integration & Continuous Deployment would be beneficial.
• Experience with Cloud Environments and or Cloud based Applications is beneficial.
