hirify.global is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects and programs ($2M–$15M+).
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and reporting.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints; implement mitigation strategies.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project/program management experience.
• Strong experience within retirement services, wealth management, insurance, or financial services.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
• Experience managing project budgets typically ranging from $2M to $15M+.
• Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Planview, Clarity, or similar project portfolio management (PPM) tools.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
• Experience working with organizations such as retirement services providers, insurance and financial institutions.
