What you will do
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end CX and digital commerce projects in multi-country environments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, from initial preparation to final delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Maintain comprehensive project and RFP documentation, including architecture approvals and financial records.
- Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
- Apply agile best practices, manage stakeholder communications, and monitor project risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal governance and processes for MarTech initiatives.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
- Strong expertise in managing CX platforms, customer journey initiatives, and MarTech solutions such as Salesforce or Adobe.
- Proven track record of managing eCommerce or retail-focused projects.
- Extensive experience with end-to-end RFP management, including vendor coordination and bid management.
- Solid understanding of governance, GDPR, and data protection compliance.
- Fluency in English is required.
