What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end CX and digital commerce projects in multi-country environments.
• Manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, from initial preparation to final delivery, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Maintain comprehensive project and RFP documentation, including architecture approvals and financial records.
• Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.
• Apply agile best practices, manage stakeholder communications, and monitor project risks and opportunities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal governance and processes for MarTech initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager.
• Strong expertise in managing CX platforms, customer journey initiatives, and MarTech solutions such as Salesforce or Adobe.
• Proven track record of managing eCommerce or retail-focused projects.
• Extensive experience with end-to-end RFP management, including vendor coordination and bid management.
• Solid understanding of governance, GDPR, and data protection compliance.
• Fluency in English is required.
