Business Development Representative (Sales): Engaging and qualifying inbound leads and identifying new opportunities to build and accelerate pipeline through personalized outreach. Focus on establishing a presence in the London office and collaborating cross-functionally to improve lead quality and conversion.
Location: Hybrid in London, UK (3 days per week in-office)

What you will do
- Create a fantastic first impression for ’s new customers.
- Qualify inbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients.
- Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
- Become a product expert and convey our value proposition to potential customers.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals and performance metrics.
- Business-level fluency to read, write and speak in German or French.
- Comfortable with or eager to learn CRM systems and sales engagement platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify and clearly explain complex concepts.
- Energized by ambiguity and motivated to contribute to team-wide best practices and scalable success.
